Information for Parents, Children, and Preschools
Our studies with children are designed as fun computer games so that we can gather data without boring them. We use a non-invasive eye tracking method to record eye movements around the computer screen as the child listens to words or music over headphones. Whether you come to our lab or we come out to your child’s school, two researchers from our lab will spend 10 – 20 minutes with each child in a quiet and comfortable setting playing these games. At the end of the session, your child can select a toy from our prize box as a thank you from our lab.
