Information for Parents, Children, and Preschools
Our studies with children are designed as fun computer games so that we can gather data without boring them. We use a non-invasive eye tracking method to record eye movements around the computer screen as the child listens to words or music over headphones. Whether you come to our lab or we come out to your child’s school, three researchers from our lab will spend about 30 minutes with each child in a quiet and comfortable setting playing these games. At the end of the session, your child can select a toy from our prize box as a thank you from our lab.
